    PAYMENT

    eLiquid8 accepts PayPal as a main and only form of payment for purchases through ebay. Unfortunately we can't accept cheques or any other non-PayPal form of payment.

    Please clear the payment within 24h after you purchase the item.

    If you're an overseas customer please contact us first in order to calculate the shipping fee. An invoice with relevant delivery charges will be raised and available to pay for through ebay afterwards.

    Please note that VAT, import duties and fees are already included in the price and you will not be charged any of these.

    POSTAGE

    At present eLiquid8 can only ship to UK, USA, Canada, Australia and EU destinations. On orders being shipped to UK delivery addresses the Standard Delivery charge is £7.99. For shipments outside of the UK and European Union the charge is calculated individually, please contact us for a quotation.

    We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours after the payment is cleared and will send you a message through ebay-mail to confirm that your goods have left our distribution centre in London. eLiquid8 offers Second Class Recorded delivery in the UK and an International Signed For service within EU and USA, Canada and Australia. Due to shipping and security restrictions eLiquid8 requires a delivery address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

    Please note that we can only dispatch to PayPal verivied addresses.

    WARRANTY

    All items are fully inspected prior to shipping in order to ensure the contents of the packages remain intact.

    All goods supplied are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    When your order arrives you must check the goods for any damages or shortages. Claims for damages and or shortages have to be made within 7 days of receipt of your delivery.  If you are able to notify the Supplier within 24 hours of delivery then this will help to expedite the replacement process.

    The warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier's approval.

    Any goods returned for a warranty claim that are found to not be faulty or the subject of misuse, which includes incorrect installation will be returned to the customer/s at their cost.

    RETURNS

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return the items within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging in an unused condition for a refund. All the seals and protective films must not be removed. Items will only be accepted for return in their original condition, with absolutely no damage or scratches.

    The goods must be returned to the registered address of the Supplier, via a trackable means and within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us in order to obrain a returns address. Goods are returned to eLiquid8 at your own expense.

    Claims for damages and or shortages made after 7 days of your delivery arriving will not be accepted.

    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as defined by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling/Regulations 2000 as amended).
